How are sessions conducted?

Sadie’s hours are by appointment. All sessions are conducted online in a secure, HIPPA-compliant platform for everyone’s safety, privacy, and convenience. Sessions via telephone are also available. Sessions are spaced according to your needs but are usually held weekly to begin with and typically run 45-50 minutes in length. The initial session is a bit longer and may run up to 90 minutes.

Are sessions covered by insurance?

Counseling may be covered partially or fully by insurance depending on your individual plan and whether I am included in your network. I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, (this does not include the State of Michigan Blue Cross Medicaid plan, which is an out-of-network plan).

*If you have a Medicare insurance plan, I am out-of-network. 

If I am out-of-network, you may like the flexibility of paying privately for services. I can provide a superbill for your reimbursement purposes and payments can be made with a Health Savings Account or a Flexible Spending Account.

Coaching is not covered by insurance.

What are your fees?

Counseling: The initial session is $210, and subsequent sessions are $175. If I am in-network with your insurance plan, they will discount my services.

Coaching: Initial session is $220, and subsequent sessions are $175.

I accept credit and debit cards as forms of payment. Counseling services may also be paid with Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts.

How can I get started?

Call or email me and tell me a little about what led you to seek coaching/counseling. If you’re using insurance, tell me the name of your insurance provider. I will let you know if I am in-network with your insurance provider and what my availability looks like. If I am full, you have the option of being added to my waiting list, or I can give you referrals to colleagues who might be able to help you sooner.
